How long does shipping take?
All merch is made to order, so it takes at least 2 weeks to ship. If your order is ready sooner, we ship it right away. After that, delivery depends on your country: the shipping cost and delivery estimate for your country are shown at checkout, before you pay. When your order ships, you get an email with the tracking number.
How do custom orders work?
You send your idea, we send you a mockup and you pay only after approving it.
Can I cancel my Club membership?
Yes, anytime from your account. Perks last until the end of the month you paid.
Returns and exchanges
You have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be unworn, with tags and in the original packaging. Custom items, sale items and gift cards are final sale. If your order arrives damaged or wrong, send us photos through the contact page and we'll make it right. Full return policy
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide, Gotitrackers included. You'll see the shipping cost for your country at checkout.
